I graduated in Social Work at the University of Bucharest, but my professional path led me to the field of human resources and communication in the digital environment.

My experience in the corporate area helped me to better understand the complexity and dynamism of organizations, as well as the importance of well-defined processes. The move to the NGO environment came out of a desire to learn and contribute more to the community I am part of.

My passion for communication and social media has brought me closer to the RAA team, with whom I hope to build cool and impactful things that promote RAA’s mission and values.
