My first interaction with RAA was in 2015, when I was volunteering. I was 15 years old and wanted to be part of new experiences, so it seemed like a good opportunity to start \u2013 and it really was because for the next 5 years, my path remained closely connected to the team.<\/span><\/p>\n

I came to Bucharest to study Human Resources at the Academy of Economic Studies (after discovering, alongside the people I now call my colleagues, the fields that passionate me). In 2020, I joined RAA for an internship, and a year later, I became part of the team, initially going through the Fundraising position and then gradually taking over the online communication of the organization. Actually, I always knew I wanted to come and work here.<\/span><\/p>\n

The non-governmental area is different from any other area, and the experience here is unique.
