The program is funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, through the ROU-T-MOH Transition Grant, with the Ministry of Health as the Principal Recipient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program is implemented with international technical assistance provided by the World Health Organization, complemented by local technical assistance through national consultant teams contracted by the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation, which is a partner of the Ministry of Health and a national sub-recipient of the Grant.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #036951;\"><b>Consultancy Objectives:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within the ROU-T-MoH Grant 1782, the World Health Organization (WHO) provided technical assistance to develop a new patient-centered TB outpatient care concept, optimize the number of TB beds and human resources at hospitals and pneumoftiziology departments, and improve the TB laboratory network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following this technical assistance, the following documents were produced:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concept project for extending a new people-centered care model, based on pilot results<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estimation of TB bed numbers per region, based on TB epidemic forecast scenarios<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estimation of human resources for hospital and outpatient care per region, based on TB epidemic forecast scenarios<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estimation of necessary laboratory capacities per region<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These documents need to be adapted to the national health system reform context.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #036951;\"><b>Minimum Requirements for the Applicant:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent in the medical field, specializing in epidemiology or public health, with postgraduate studies in public health and health management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven experience of over 10 years in the medical field, particularly in epidemiology\/public health.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over 10 years of experience in developing national strategic and operational plans for communicable diseases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over 5 years of experience in epidemic risk coordination at the national level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #036951;\"><b>Potential candidates are requested to submit a complete application consisting of:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CV in Europass format, in Romanian, with all sections completed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certified true copies of diplomas, certificates, and graduation certificates that attest to the information contained in the CV and meet the job requirements when requested by the employer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Completed and signed &#8220;Consent for the use of personal data&#8221;
