The Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation<\/b><\/span> (RAA) is recruiting <\/span>2 Local Experts for Target Group Organization<\/b><\/span> to mobilize communities for TB screening services, including latent tuberculosis.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project “<\/span>Early Detection (Screening), Diagnosis, and Treatment Programs for Tuberculosis, including Latent Tuberculosis,<\/b><\/span>” funded by the European Social Fund, Operational Program Human Capital 2014-2020, is implemented by the Marius Nasta Institute of Pneumoftiziology in partnership with six NGOs, including the RAA Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Required Studies and Experience:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Minimum 3 years of higher education.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience working with local authorities or institutions is an advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience in organizing informational events\/communication campaigns is an advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of communication techniques and information dissemination methods.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in Romanian language.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Solid computer skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Main Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Collaborate with the team and county implementation experts to identify optimal communication channels for the target group at the event.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Distribute informational\/promotional materials during events to educate the target group about TB screening services, including latent TB (posters, flyers, brochures, evaluation tools).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Inform the community about the event date and invite target group members to meetings in each commune.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Provide information to event participants to increase screening participation in rural communities using adapted information strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Verify on-site technical conditions provided by logistics service providers for event organization.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Register attendance of event participants.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Provide information about attended events and contribute to creating a photo\/video portfolio for project promotion activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
