Tech-Savvy Teens:<\/strong><\/span> Conquering the Digital Realm marked the beginning of the fourth Youth Exchange at the end of 2023.<\/p>\n

With energy and curiosity, we met for a week with 35 international young people at the Tei Student Complex to explore the challenges found at the intersection of adolescence and digitalization.<\/p>\n

The participants, aged between 14 and 16, came from five European countries: Spain, Italy, Turkey, Poland, and Estonia. As usual, Romanian participants joined them as well.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The teens are so impressive that we almost envy Oana P\u0103\u0219\u0103lan and Vlad Gog\u00eeltan for the week they spent with them.<\/p>\n

In an era where technology plays a central role in our lives, the Youth Exchange was designed as a space for debate and learning, where young people could explore the benefits and challenges of using modern technology.<\/p>\n

For seven days, they were involved in a variety of non-formal activities covering topics such as online safety, digital education, the development of digital skills, and the impact of technology on mental health.<\/p>\n

Among the activities were interactive workshops, facilitated discussions, role-playing games, video presentations, and practical online navigation sessions.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the young participants had the opportunity to go on various excursions and visits to institutions\/organizations relevant to the field of technology, where they could talk to industry experts and professionals.<\/p>\n

An important aspect of the program was the emphasis on promoting responsible and ethical behavior online.<\/p>\n

The young people were encouraged to share their experiences and develop critical skills regarding the consumption and production of digital content.<\/p>\n

Finally, we were delighted to visit MINA \u2013 Museum of Immersive New Art \u2013 the first museum of immersive art in Romania, where art and digital technology, combined in such an interactive way, make us view the future as a land full of possibilities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
