implemented by the H\u00e2r\u0219ova City Hall in partnership with the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation.<\/p>\n<h2><em>Who is the course for?<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>The course is aimed at both education professionals and members of the general public who are eager to acquire or develop their knowledge in non-formal education, to form skills in using alternative methods and techniques of education and leisure, thereby improving the quality of life for children and young people in the community.<\/p>\n<p>By the end of the course, participants will develop:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to communicate actively and effectively<\/li>\n<li>The ability to ensure and manage the functioning of work teams in animation<\/li>\n<li>The ability to design animation projects<\/li>\n<li>The ability to develop pro-social behavior<\/li>\n<li>The ability to implement animation activities in a favorable and inclusive environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"flex-shrink-0 flex flex-col relative items-end\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"pt-0\">\n<div class=\"gizmo-bot-avatar flex h-8 w-8 items-center justify-center overflow-hidden rounded-full\">\n<h2 class=\"relative p-1 rounded-sm flex items-center justify-center bg-token-main-surface-primary text-token-text-primary h-8 w-8\">When and Where?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The training program consists of two course sessions that will take place from March 17-19 and March 24-26, 2023, in H\u00e2r\u0219ova, Constan\u021ba County.<\/p>\n<p>The course schedule will be identical for both sessions, running over 3 days as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Friday<\/strong>: 14:00 \u2013 17:00<\/li>\n<li><strong>Saturday<\/strong>: 09:00 \u2013 17:00<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunday<\/strong>: 09:00 \u2013 17:00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><em>What are the requirements to enroll in the course?<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Participation in the course is FREE, and to enroll, you must meet the following cumulative requirements:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Minimum Education<\/strong>: High school diploma<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complete the Registration Form<\/strong>: Available at the following link<\/li>\n<li><strong>Write a Motivation Letter<\/strong>: Explaining why you want to participate in the course<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Additionally, the following documents are required for enrollment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copy of your ID<\/li>\n<li>Copy of your birth certificate<\/li>\n<li>Copy of your marriage certificate (if your name has changed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional Important Information:<\/h2>\n<p>Upon participating in the course, selected individuals commit to engaging in the project by being available to conduct non-formal education activities in the community as an integral part of the project &#8220;Inclusion and Health in the Port (H\u00e2r\u0219ova) through Education, Arts, and Sports!&#8221;
