Contact information:

I joined the RAA team in 1998. At first as a project assistant, but I soon got involved in writing and coordinating projects. Since 2000, I coordinated the organization’s fundraising work.

I worked for the first 10 years in projects for young people affected by HIV/AIDS in the Floarea Soarelui day care centers and since 2008, with the launch of the Together We Overcome Autism campaign, I have been one of the promoters of the rights of people with autism spectrum disorders.

I have written and coordinated several projects aimed at improving public services for vulnerable people, initiated training programs for education staff and I am interested in advocacy and improving access to services for people with disabilities or from vulnerable groups.

I have initiated a number of new projects in RAA, such as the social enterprise First Bebe – education project for future parents or the 8 years long Câmpina Open MTB – Race for Autism cycling competition.

As Development Director I tried to promote what I value most in RAA: the innovative environment, the professionalism and especially the empathetic and passionate team.

I graduated in Sociology, Postgraduate School of Social Development Studies, organized by the Development School and London Metropolitan University and I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA program at Maastricht University through the Bucharest International School of Management.
