PhD, Training & Projects Coordinator

I joined the RAA team in 2015 as a monitoring and evaluation officer of the projects financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Right from the beginning, I integrated into the team as a dedicated person who puts a lot of soul into what he does and, at the same time, values the working environment, considering it the most important motivational factor.

My activity currently focuses on several directions, among which I could mention the management of projects both on the Global Fund and on other projects financed from different sources, as well as support in the implementation of projects in the youth area.

Having over 15 years of experience in training and learning processes, to which is added a Master’s in Human Resource Management, part of my activity is oriented towards the development and coordination of training activities from different RAA projects.

I am a graduate of the Doctoral School of Sociology at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, University of Bucharest and in my spare time I am an associate professor. In parallel with my activity at RAA, I am also a member of the national network of trainers of ANPCDEFP, on the Erasmus + and the European Solidarity Corps programs.
