Monitoring and Evaluation Director

I joined the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation team in the year 2000. I have experience in research projects in the areas of public health, sociology, social psychology, and monitoring and evaluation of social and health programs. I hold international certifications in the monitoring and evaluation of national HIV/AIDS programs, the design of sero-behavioral research among vulnerable groups, the estimation of the size of vulnerable groups, and the evaluation of national expenditures in the HIV/AIDS field.

I am also an authorized trainer in adult education with the right to European practice.

Currently, I am the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at the RAA Foundation. In terms of education, I hold a Ph.D. in sociology and am a graduate of the Master’s program in Gender Studies at Central European University.
