Human Resources Coordinator

I am the Human Resources Coordinator at Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation since 2010 and I am in charge of all human resources management in this organization. I enjoy doing personnel selection and finding the right person for the right job, thus contributing to the success of the projects that RAA Foundation runs.

I enjoy working together with my colleagues in RAA, because the value of the team is one of the strengths of the RAA Foundation in my opinion.

I graduated in Psychology, specializing in Clinical Psychology. I worked as a psychologist in the nervous diseases department of the Titan Polyclinic and then in a private clinic specialized in occupational medicine. Here I discovered my passion for recruitment and I attended courses as Human Resources Inspector and Human Resources Manager, the knowledge gained in these specializations complemented very well the skills acquired at the Faculty of Psychology.
