Project Coordinator

Since 2003, within the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation, I have moved through various departments, gaining experience in project coordination, volunteer management, peer education, fundraising, application writing, training, and community resource mobilization.

Over time, within the RAA team, I have been involved in projects aiming to prevent mother-to-child HIV transmission, the socio-professional integration of young people infected with HIV, the qualification of women as babysitters, the integration of children with autism, training professionals in various types of therapy for children with autism, projects for the training of teachers in mainstream and special schools, as well as projects supporting inclusive schools.

As a member of the training team, I have participated in adult and adolescent education sessions, as well as for specialists in family planning, peer education, project writing and implementation, drug prevention, peer education for reproductive health, and project management.
