- Prepare selected communities for screening to receive the mobile caravan according to its travel schedule.
- Establish and maintain functional relationships with institutions and responsible individuals within the selected communities or at the county level.
- Recruit local volunteers (e.g., community health assistants, health mediators, family doctors, social workers) to help identify and schedule the target group for screening services when the mobile caravan is in the community.
- Together with local volunteers, distribute messages about tuberculosis and the importance of TB screening during locally organized activities.
- Along with regional experts, monitor the screening campaign in each selected community (both remotely and on-site).
- Conduct site visits for project implementation and prepare activity reports.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and information through the application of document protection measures.
- Higher education
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with local or county authorities or institutions is an advantage.

Employment Period: Fixed-termRomanian Angel Appeal Foundation – RAA is collaborating with County Experts in Community Relations to prepare rural communes for tuberculosis screening via a mobile caravan.
This activity is progressively implemented nationwide, covering 200 communes in the North-West, Center, South-West Oltenia, and South Muntenia regions.
Project: “Organization of Early Detection Programs (Screening), Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Tuberculosis, including Latent Tuberculosis” – funded by the European Social Fund, Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020, implemented by the Marius Nasta Institute of Pneumoftiziology in partnership with six NGOs, including RAA.
RAA Recruits 1 Expert for Călărași County to prepare communities and mobilize the target group (rural population) for tuberculosis screening. The expert will be contracted part-time for a fixed term, corresponding to the number of selected communes in this county.
