What You’ll Do

As a Youth Worker at RAA Foundation, you will support the personal and social development of Romanian and Ukrainian adolescents to help them become more confident and independent. This includes organizing and delivering non-formal activities, personal development workshops, skill-building training, counseling, and close collaboration with other departments, schools, psychosocial support services, and other youth programs.

Requirements

  • Accredited higher education degree in psychology or social work
  • Certificate of completion of an accredited youth worker specialization course
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working with youth
  • Minimum 3 years of volunteer experience
  • Experience working in diverse teams and coordinating volunteer teams
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and the internet
  • Intermediate/advanced level of English
