OneImpactStop TB Partnership – Digital Tool

The tool, developed by Stop TB Partnership in collaboration with Dure Technologies, aligns with the WHO End TB Strategy, Stop TB Partnership Global Plan to End TB, and the Global Fund Investing to End Epidemics Strategy. It is currently being implemented in various stages across 13 countries.

National partnership

The tool is designed for national tuberculosis programs and community organizations to monitor (in real-time) and overcome access barriers to TB services faced by affected or at-risk individuals.

Voice of the affected

Community-based monitoring, conducted through the participation of members and the collection of needs and information at the local level, is a form of community surveillance that helps increase the availability, accessibility, acceptability, and quality of services in the national TB response.

Key components of the tool

  • A free smartphone app for individuals affected by TB
  • A dedicated platform for community first responders (nurses, community health workers, volunteers, etc.)
  • A dashboard that identifies the main barriers and issues faced by individuals affected by TB, accessed by the National TB Program (PNPSCT) and/or the implementing NGO
