The course is accredited by ANC, and upon successful completion, you can occupy the position of Socio-Educational Animator, thus laying the foundations for a career in the socio-cultural sphere of the labor market.
The course is organized as part of the project “Inclusion and Health in the Port (Hârșova) through Education, Arts, and Sports!” implemented by the Hârșova City Hall in partnership with the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation.
Who is the course for?
The course is aimed at both education professionals and members of the general public who are eager to acquire or develop their knowledge in non-formal education, to form skills in using alternative methods and techniques of education and leisure, thereby improving the quality of life for children and young people in the community.

The training program consists of two course sessions that will take place from March 17-19 and March 24-26, 2023, in Hârșova, Constanța County.

Upon participating in the course, selected individuals commit to engaging in the project by being available to conduct non-formal education activities in the community as an integral part of the project “Inclusion and Health in the Port (Hârșova) through Education, Arts, and Sports!” – more information about the project – https://www.raa.ro/proiect/incluziune-si-sanatate-in-port-harsova-prin-educatie-arte-si-sport/.
Course materials, coffee breaks, and lunches (for Saturday and Sunday) will be provided by the organizer.

The project benefits from a grant of €582,361 provided by Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway through the EEA Grants under the Local Development Program. The objective of the project is to increase inclusion and social empowerment of the Roma in Hârșova, through interventions that encourage increased access to quality medical services for children, non-formal activities that lead to reduced absenteeism and school dropout, combating ethnic discrimination, and increasing active participation of Roma individuals in community decisions.
