This material represents a qualitative and quantitative research study of the training program from the perspective of participants in the project. It aims to present the evaluation results of the training program organized by the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation (RAA) through the “Prepared Teachers – Motivated Teachers” project. The report assesses the program’s effectiveness, outcomes, and participant feedback, offering insights and recommendations to enhance future training initiatives.

Implemented by the Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation in partnership with the Romanian Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapies (APCCR) and the Federation for Rights and Resources for People with Autism Spectrum Disorders (F.E.D.R.A.), the project aimed to develop the competencies and skills of teachers and support staff in 13 special and mainstream schools. The goal was to improve education quality and social inclusion for children with special educational needs (SEN).

The project emphasized enhancing teaching methods, adapting to children’s developmental levels, and using new technologies to increase inclusion opportunities for SEN children. The training program, accredited by the Ministry of Education, offered 25 transferable professional credits for 100 hours of continuous training.
